Instructions
Prepare hot honey sauce
Combine honey, hot sauce, red pepper flakes, smoked paprika, butter, lemon juice, and salt in a small saucepan.
Season the chicken
Toss chicken pieces with oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, chili powder, black pepper, salt, and cornstarch.
Cook the chicken
Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat with a little oil. Cook chicken for 5-7 minutes until browned and cooked through.
Prepare garlic butter
Mix softened butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, garlic powder, salt, and Parmesan until well combined.
Prepare hot honey garlic aioli
Mix mayonnaise, hot honey, grated garlic, lemon juice, smoked paprika, and salt until smooth. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
Prepare the bread
Preheat oven to 190°C. Slice the loaf in half lengthwise and spread generously with garlic butter.
Assemble the garlic bread
Top with half the mozzarella, cooked hot honey chicken, remaining mozzarella, and Parmesan.
Bake the bread
Bake for 10-15 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly and edges are golden. Optionally broil for 1-2 minutes.
Finish and serve
Remove from oven, drizzle with remaining hot honey, garnish with parsley and Parmesan. Slice and serve with aioli for dipping.
