Prepare the chicken
Cut chicken breast into bite-sized pieces.

Make the marinade
In a bowl, mix gochujang, lime juice, minced garlic, grated ginger, soy sauce, honey, salt and pepper.

Add chicken pieces to the marinade and mix well. Let sit for 15 minutes.

Sprinkle cornstarch over the marinated chicken and toss to coat evenly.
