Prepare vegetables

Peel and finely chop 1/2 small cucumber and 1/2 small onion.

Cook chicken breast

Cook 200g chicken breast if not pre-cooked (pan-fry or boil until done). Slice into strips.

In a bowl, combine chopped cucumber, onion, 125g Greek yogurt, salt, pepper, garlic powder, lemon juice, and olive oil. Mix well.
