Air Fryer Cinnamon Rolls
Soft, fluffy cinnamon rolls made effortlessly in the air fryer
These pillowy air fryer cinnamon rolls are filled with a gooey cinnamon-sugar swirl and topped with a silky cream cheese glaze.

Instructions
Activate the yeast
Warm the milk and dissolve the yeast with a pinch of sugar.
Make the dough
Combine flour, salt, sugar, melted butter, egg and activated yeast mixture to form a soft dough.
First rise
Cover and let the dough rise until doubled in size.
Prepare filling
Mix softened butter, brown sugar and cinnamon into a spreadable paste.
Roll out the dough
Roll the risen dough into a 30×20 cm rectangle on a lightly floured surface.
Spread the filling
Evenly spread the cinnamon-sugar butter over the rolled dough.
Roll up the dough
Roll the dough tightly from the long edge to form a log.
Cut into rolls
Slice the log into 8 equal pieces using dental floss or a sharp knife.
Second rise
Place rolls in the air fryer basket lined with parchment and let them rise for 15 minutes.
Air fry the rolls
Air fry at 180°C for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
Make the glaze
Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, milk and vanilla until smooth.
Glaze the rolls
Drizzle or spread the cream cheese glaze over the warm rolls before serving.
Storage
Store glazed rolls in an airtight container. Reheat gently to restore softness.
