Instructions
Preheat oven
Preheat the oven to 200°C (390°F).
Mix wet ingredients
In a bowl, combine the mixed egg, sugar, condensed milk, salt, warm milk, and melted unsalted butter. Stir until smooth and uniform.
Add dry ingredients
Gradually add the glutinous rice powder and tapioca starch to the wet mixture. Stir until a thick, smooth batter forms.
Prepare baking dish
Line a baking dish with parchment paper and pour the batter evenly into the dish.
Bake at high temperature
Bake at 200°C (390°F) for 10 minutes.
Reduce temperature and continue baking
Reduce the oven temperature to 175°C (350°F) and bake for an additional 20 minutes until golden and set.
Cool and serve
Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before slicing and serving.
