Prepare the potatoes

Peel and cut the potatoes into 2cm cubes for even cooking.

Parboil the potatoes

Place potato cubes in a pot of salted water and boil for 8-10 minutes until just tender.

Make garlic butter

Melt butter with minced garlic in a small pan over low heat.

Fry the potato pops

Heat olive oil in a large pan, add drained potatoes and fry until golden and crispy on all sides.
