No Bake Oreo Cream Roll

cream cheese (softened)

powdered sugar

heavy cream (chilled)
200 ml
vanilla extract

Instructions
Prepare cookie base
Crush Oreo cookies into fine crumbs using a food processor or by placing in a zip bag and crushing with a rolling pin.
Make cream filling
Beat softened cream cheese with powdered sugar until smooth. Add chilled heavy cream and vanilla, then whip until stiff peaks form.
Assemble the roll
Spread the cream mixture evenly over the crushed cookie base, then carefully roll into a tight log shape using parchment paper for support.
Chill the roll
Wrap the assembled roll in parchment or plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to set before slicing.
Slice and serve
Remove from fridge, slice into 8 equal pieces with a sharp knife and serve chilled.
