Protein Chocolate Mousse from Hard-Boiled Eggs
A surprisingly creamy, chocolatey mousse made with hard-boiled eggs that hides any eggy taste and delivers a high-protein dessert.

Instructions
Add ingredients to blender
Place peeled hard-boiled eggs, cocoa powder, honey, and 60 ml cold milk into a blender.
Blend until smooth
Blend on high speed until the mixture is completely smooth and creamy. Add a little more milk if needed to reach desired consistency.
Chill the mousse
Transfer the mousse into serving bowls or a container and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to set.
Serve with coarse salt
Just before serving, sprinkle a pinch of coarse salt on top to enhance flavor.
