Instructions
Mix the Cane's-style sauce
Whisk the sauce ingredients together until smooth and fully combined.
Prepare the wet batter
Stir the buttermilk and seasonings together in a bowl until evenly seasoned.
Mix the dry batter
Combine the flour, cornstarch, and seasonings in a separate bowl.
Coat the chicken
