Garlic Butter Cheese Bombs
Fluffy biscuit dough stuffed with gooey mozzarella, brushed with fragrant garlic-herb butter and finished with parmesan for irresistible cheesy bites.

Instructions
Preheat oven
Preheat oven to 190°C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Prepare garlic butter
Melt butter in a small pan, add minced garlic and chopped parsley; cook 1 minute until fragrant.
Stuff biscuits
Separate biscuit dough into 8 pieces. Place one mozzarella cube in the center of each piece, wrap dough around cheese and pinch seams to seal.
Brush and season
Arrange bombs on baking sheet, brush tops generously with garlic butter and sprinkle with grated parmesan.
Bake
Bake at 190°C for 10–12 minutes until golden brown and cheese is melted inside.
Serve
Remove from oven, brush with remaining garlic butter and serve warm.
