Preheat oven to 190°C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Prepare garlic butter

Melt butter in a small pan, add minced garlic and chopped parsley; cook 1 minute until fragrant.

Stuff biscuits

Separate biscuit dough into 8 pieces. Place one mozzarella cube in the center of each piece, wrap dough around cheese and pinch seams to seal.
