Cook the noodles according to packet instructions until al dente.

Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan over medium heat.

Cook garlic and spring onions

Add the garlic and spring onions and cook until fragrant.

Add sauces

Stir in the chilli oil, hoisin sauce, dark soy sauce and sweet soy sauce.
