Instructions
Prepare ingredients
Chop onion, mince garlic, cube boiled potatoes, slice olives, and drain tuna.
Sauté aromatics
Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat, then sauté onion and garlic until fragrant.
Add spices and potatoes
Add boiled potato cubes and all spices. Stir to coat evenly and cook for 3 minutes.
Add tuna and olives
Add drained tuna and sliced olives to the pan. Mix gently and cook for 2 minutes.
Add cheese and finish
Place cheese slices on top, cover, and cook for 2 minutes until cheese melts. Garnish with fresh parsley.
