Blueberry Cake

Cake Batter

all-purpose flour
250 g
granulated sugar

butter (softened)

Instructions
Preheat oven
Preheat the oven to 180°C and prepare the baking pan.
Cream butter and sugar
Beat softened butter with sugar until light and fluffy.
Add eggs
Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
Mix dry ingredients
In a separate bowl, combine flour, baking powder and vanilla extract.
Combine wet and dry
Alternate adding the dry mixture and milk to the butter mixture, mixing gently.
Fold in blueberries
Gently fold the blueberries into the batter.
Bake the cake
Pour batter into prepared pan and bake until a toothpick comes out clean.
