Nutella Stuffed Scoopable Cookie Pie
A decadent chocolate cookie pie with a gooey Nutella center that you can scoop like ice cream when warm.

Cookie Dough

Filling
Nutella

Instructions
Prepare cookie dough
Cream butter and sugars together until light and fluffy.
Add egg and vanilla
Beat in the egg and vanilla extract until well combined.
Mix dry ingredients
In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.
Combine wet and dry ingredients
Gradually add dry ingredients to wet mixture until a soft dough forms.
Add chocolate chips
Fold in chocolate chips until evenly distributed throughout the dough.
Prepare baking dish
Line a 23cm (9-inch) pie dish with parchment paper.
Form cookie base
Press half of the cookie dough evenly into the bottom and up the sides of the prepared dish.
Add Nutella filling
Spread Nutella evenly over the cookie dough base, leaving a 1cm border around the edges.
Top with remaining dough
Crumble the remaining cookie dough over the Nutella layer, covering it completely.
Preheat oven
Preheat oven to 175°C (350°F).
Bake the pie
Bake for 25-30 minutes until the top is golden brown and edges are set.
Cool the pie
Let cool for 15 minutes before serving to allow the Nutella filling to set slightly.
Serve
Scoop into bowls and serve warm with vanilla ice cream if desired.
