Instructions
Mix dry ingredients
In a medium bowl, combine flour, salt, baking powder, baking soda, and sugar.
Mix wet ingredients
In a separate bowl, whisk eggs and buttermilk together.
Combine wet and dry mixtures
Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients and stir gently. Do not overmix — keep some lumps and tiny streaks of flour for fluffy pancakes. Fold in melted butter.
Cook pancakes
