Instructions
Marinate the chicken
Slice chicken breast into strips and marinate in buttermilk for 15 minutes.
Prepare the coating
Mix flour, panko breadcrumbs, parmesan, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
Coat the chicken
Remove chicken from buttermilk and coat in the seasoned flour mixture.
Fry the chicken
Fry the coated chicken strips in hot oil until golden brown and crispy.
Prepare garlic Parmesan butter
Melt butter, add minced garlic and parmesan, then toss the fried chicken in the mixture.
Make hot honey ranch
Mix ranch dressing with honey and hot sauce for dipping.
Serve
Serve the crispy garlic Parmesan chicken fries hot with hot honey ranch for dipping.
