Nutella Stuffed Cookies
Ingredients
Cookie Dough
all-purpose flour
250 g
butter (softened)
115 g
granulated sugar
100 g
brown sugar
100 g
egg

vanilla extract

baking soda

Filling
Nutella
200 g
Instructions
Prepare Nutella filling
Scoop small portions of Nutella and place on a parchment-lined tray. Freeze for 15 minutes until firm.
Cream butter and sugars
Beat softened butter with granulated and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
Add egg and vanilla
Mix in the egg and vanilla extract until fully combined.
Combine dry ingredients
In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda and salt.
Form cookie dough
Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet mixture and mix until a soft dough forms.
Stuff cookies with Nutella
Take 2 tablespoons of dough, flatten slightly, place a frozen Nutella portion in the center and seal completely.
Bake the cookies
Place cookies on a lined baking sheet and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
Cool the cookies
Allow cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
