Instructions
Prepare ingredients
Wash and finely chop the green bell pepper. Grate the tomato. Slice the potatoes into thin matchstick strips.
Cook the meat sauce
Fry the ground meat in sunflower oil for 2-3 minutes. Add chopped green bell pepper and cook on low heat until the meat releases its juices. Add grated tomato, salt, chili flakes and tomato paste. Cook until thickened.
Fry the potatoes
Deep-fry the matchstick-cut potatoes in plenty of sunflower oil until golden and crispy.
Assemble and serve
Arrange the crispy fried potatoes on a serving plate. Drizzle with garlic yogurt, then spoon the hot meat sauce on top. Serve immediately.
