Instructions
Prepare ingredients
Cut chicken into strips and mince the garlic.
Cook the pasta
Boil a large pot of salted water and cook the fettuccine until al dente.
Sear the chicken
Heat olive oil in a pan and cook chicken strips until golden and cooked through. Season with salt and pepper.
Make the Alfredo sauce
In the same pan, melt butter, add minced garlic and sauté briefly. Pour in cream and simmer until slightly thickened. Stir in grated parmesan until melted.
Combine and serve
Add cooked pasta and chicken to the sauce, toss to coat evenly. Season to taste and serve immediately.
