Prepare ingredients

Cube the mozzarella cheese and mince the garlic.

Preheat the oven to 200°C.

Cut puff pastry

Cut the puff pastry into 12 equal squares.

Fill and seal

Place a cube of mozzarella in the center of each pastry square and fold to seal into balls.

Place the pastry balls on a lined baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes until golden brown.

Mix grated Parmesan with minced garlic, truffle oil and olive oil.
