Instructions
Heat treat the flour
If using regular all-purpose flour, microwave the flour for 30 seconds until temperature exceeds 165°F to eliminate bacteria.
Cream butter and sugars
In a separate bowl, combine softened butter with both sugars using a fork or spatula until smooth and fully incorporated.
Add liquids
Stir in the milk and vanilla extract until evenly distributed.
Combine dry ingredients and finish
Fold in the flour and salt until well combined, then fold in the mini chocolate chips.
Serve or store
Enjoy immediately or store in the refrigerator for later.
