Prepare the marinade

In a large bowl, combine yogurt, minced garlic, ginger, lemon juice, olive oil, and all the spices to create a smooth marinade.

Marinate the paneer

Add paneer cubes to the marinade and gently toss to coat each piece evenly. Let it marinate for at least 20 minutes.

Preheat the air fryer

Preheat the air fryer to 200°C for 3 minutes.
