Instructions
Prepare the marinade
In a large bowl, combine yogurt, minced garlic, ginger, lemon juice, olive oil, and all the spices to create a smooth marinade.
Marinate the paneer
Add paneer cubes to the marinade and gently toss to coat each piece evenly. Let it marinate for at least 20 minutes.
Preheat the air fryer
Preheat the air fryer to 200°C for 3 minutes.
Air fry the paneer
Arrange the marinated paneer cubes in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook at 200°C for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through for even cooking.
Rest and serve
Remove the paneer tikka from the air fryer and let it rest for 2-3 minutes before serving hot.
