Honey Glazed Salmon

Instructions
Prepare the glaze
Mix honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, and olive oil in a small bowl to create the glaze.
Season the salmon
Pat salmon fillets dry and season with black pepper on both sides.
Pan-sear the salmon
Heat a non-stick pan over medium-high heat. Place salmon skin-side down and cook for 4-5 minutes until the skin is crispy.
Apply honey glaze
Flip the salmon and pour the honey-soy glaze over the fillets. Cook for another 3-4 minutes while basting with the glaze.
Serve
Remove from heat and let rest for 1 minute. Serve immediately with any remaining glaze drizzled on top.
