Instructions
Prepare ingredients
Peel and finely chop the shallots and garlic. Chop the fresh parsley.
Make shallot garlic butter
Mix softened butter with chopped shallots, garlic, parsley, olive oil, salt and pepper until well combined.
Slice the bread
Cut the baguette into slices without cutting all the way through, leaving the bottom intact.
Spread the butter mixture
Generously spread the shallot garlic butter between each slice of bread.
Bake the bread
Wrap the bread in foil and bake until the butter is melted and the bread is golden and crispy.
Serve
Remove from oven, unwrap and serve hot.
