Halloumi, Sausage & Corn Skillet

Instructions
Prepare ingredients
Slice the sausage and halloumi, mince the garlic, and chop the parsley.
Sauté sausage and garlic
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add sliced sausage and minced garlic, cooking until the sausage is browned and garlic is fragrant.
Add corn and spices
Add corn kernels and paprika to the skillet. Season with salt and pepper. Cook until the corn is heated through and slightly caramelized.
Add halloumi and finish
Add sliced halloumi to the skillet. Cook for 2-3 minutes until the cheese is golden on the edges. Finish with a squeeze of lemon juice and sprinkle with fresh parsley.
Storage
Best enjoyed fresh. Reheating may make halloumi rubbery.
