No-Bake Oreo Cheesecake

Oreo cookies (crushed)

butter (melted)

cream cheese (room_temperature)

heavy cream (cold)

white chocolate (chopped)

Instructions
Prepare the base
Crush the Oreo cookies and mix with melted butter. Press into the bottom of a springform pan and refrigerate.
Melt the white chocolate
Melt the white chocolate using a double boiler method and let it cool completely.
Mix cream cheese filling
In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
Add white chocolate
Add the cooled white chocolate to the cream cheese mixture and stir until combined.
Whip the heavy cream
In a separate bowl, whip the cold heavy cream until it thickens and forms stiff peaks.
Combine filling
Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture using a spatula. Add the crushed Oreo pieces and mix gently.
Assemble and chill
Pour the filling over the chilled base and refrigerate for at least 5-6 hours until set.
