Instructions
Prepare hot honey
Combine honey, Frank's RedHot and chili flakes in a small bowl and stir until fully mixed.
Cook the pasta
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente.
Make the roux
Melt butter in a large pot over medium heat. Whisk in flour and cook for 1 minute until bubbly and fragrant.
Build the cheese sauce
Slowly whisk in milk, stirring constantly until smooth and creamy. Add chipotle in adobo, chicken bouillon cube, and all mac seasoning. Continue stirring until thickened.
Add the cheese
Remove from heat. Gradually stir in mozzarella, fontina, and marble cheddar until fully melted and silky.
Combine pasta and sauce
Drain pasta and add directly to the cheese sauce. Stir until every piece is coated. Drizzle generously with hot honey before serving.
