Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs

Instructions
Cook the beef filling
Cook the ground beef on medium heat until browned, then add minced garlic and all seasonings.
Preheat the oven
Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Prepare the dough circles
Take each biscuit and stretch it into a 13 cm circle.
Fill and seal the bombs
Add 2 spoonfuls of seasoned beef, some mozzarella, and a cube of cheddar to the center of each dough circle. Fold the dough around the filling and pinch the edges tightly to seal. Shape into tight balls and rest for 5 minutes.
Prepare for baking
Place the bombs seam side down on the parchment-lined baking sheet. Brush with whisked egg wash and sprinkle with grated parmesan.
Bake the cheeseburger bombs
Bake at 190°C for 15-18 minutes until deeply golden brown.
Finish with garlic butter
Brush the baked bombs with garlic butter and sprinkle with additional parmesan. Serve immediately.
