Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs

biscuit dough

egg (whisked)

parmesan cheese (grated)

Garlic Butter
salted butter (melted)
45 g
garlic (minced)
2 cloves
parsley

Instructions
Cook the beef filling
Cook ground beef on medium heat until browned, then add seasonings and garlic.
Preheat oven
Preheat the oven to 190°C for baking.
Prepare biscuit dough circles
Stretch each biscuit into a 13 cm circle for filling.
Fill and seal the bombs
Add beef filling, mozzarella, and cheddar cube to each dough circle. Fold and seal tightly.
Rest the filled dough
Allow the sealed bombs to rest for 5 minutes before baking.
Prepare for baking
Place bombs seam-side down on parchment-lined baking sheet. Brush with egg wash and sprinkle parmesan.
Bake the cheeseburger bombs
Bake at 190°C for 15-18 minutes until deeply golden brown.
Finish with garlic butter
Brush baked bombs with garlic butter and sprinkle more parmesan. Serve immediately.

Best served immediately after baking. Can be frozen before baking and baked directly from frozen, adding 5-7 minutes to cooking time.
