Cook the beef filling

Cook ground beef on medium heat until browned, then add seasonings and garlic.

Preheat oven

Preheat the oven to 190°C for baking.

Prepare biscuit dough circles

Stretch each biscuit into a 13 cm circle for filling.

Fill and seal the bombs

Add beef filling, mozzarella, and cheddar cube to each dough circle. Fold and seal tightly.

Allow the sealed bombs to rest for 5 minutes before baking.

Place bombs seam-side down on parchment-lined baking sheet. Brush with egg wash and sprinkle parmesan.
