Instructions
Prepare ingredients
Mince the garlic and grate the parmesan cheese.
Cook the pasta
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the pasta until al dente according to package instructions.
Sear the chicken
Season the chicken with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium-high heat and sear the chicken until golden and cooked through.
Make the garlic cream sauce
In the same pan, reduce heat to medium, add butter and minced garlic. Sauté until fragrant, then pour in the cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
Combine and finish
Add the cooked pasta and grated parmesan to the sauce. Toss everything together until the pasta is well coated and the cheese has melted. Season to taste.
