Prepare paneer coating

Cut paneer into cubes and coat with cornstarch, flour, salt and pepper.

Fry coated paneer cubes until golden on all sides.

Prepare vegetables

Chop onion, bell peppers, green chilies, garlic and ginger.

Make the sauce

Stir-fry aromatics, add sauces and thicken with cornstarch slurry.
