Instructions
Prepare vegetables
Dice the onion, mince the garlic, shred the lettuce, and dice the tomatoes.
Cook the beef filling
Heat olive oil in a pan, sauté onion and garlic, then add ground beef and cook until browned. Stir in taco seasoning and tomato sauce, simmer briefly.
Warm the tortillas
Lightly warm the corn tortillas in a dry pan or microwave until soft and pliable.
Assemble the tacos
Fill each tortilla with crispy beef mixture, top with shredded cheese, lettuce, diced tomato, and a dollop of sour cream.
