Korean-Style Sauce
gochujang

gochugaru

Instructions
Marinate the chicken wings
Mix the soy sauce, sugar, cumin, and paprika, then coat the chicken wings. Let them marinate for 10 minutes.
Fry the egg and chicken wings
Heat chili oil in a pan. Fry the egg to your liking, then add the marinated chicken wings and cook until crispy and fully cooked.
Cook the ramen noodles
Boil water and cook the ramen noodles for 2 minutes until slightly undercooked. Drain and reserve 2–3 tbsp of noodle water.
Combine noodles with sauce
In the same pan, add 1 tbsp oil, noodles, reserved noodle water, Korean-style sauce, and the seasoning packet. Stir over medium-low heat until noodles are evenly coated.
Plate and garnish
Transfer the noodles to a plate and top with the fried egg, crispy chicken wings, and chopped green onion.
