Strawberry Layer
strawberries (fresh, hulled)

Mango Layer
mango (ripe, diced)

Instructions
Prepare the ice cream base
Combine milk, cream, sugar and vanilla in a bowl and whisk until sugar dissolves.
Churn the base
Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to manufacturer instructions until soft-serve consistency.
Prepare strawberry layer
Blend strawberries with sugar until smooth. Strain if desired for smoother texture.
Prepare mango layer
Blend mango with sugar until smooth and strain for silky texture.
Freeze and shape
Spoon alternating layers of strawberry and mango puree into silicone fruit-shaped molds, then top with churned ice cream. Freeze until firm.
Unmold and serve
Remove from molds and serve immediately for best texture.
