A delicious Greek salad made with cucumbers, tomatoes, bell peppers, feta cheese, red onions, and olives, dressed with olive oil, lemon juice, and oregano.

Dressing
Olive oil

Lemon juice

Instructions
Prepare vegetables
Wash and coarsely chop cucumbers, tomatoes, and bell pepper into large chunks.
Mix vegetables
Place chopped vegetables in a large mixing bowl and gently toss to combine.
Prepare toppings
Thinly slice red onion and cut feta cheese into cubes.
Make dressing
In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and oregano until well combined.
Assemble and serve
Transfer salad to serving plate, drizzle with dressing, top with red onion slices, feta cubes, and olives. Serve immediately.

Notes
• Authentic Greek salad doesn't use lettuce. Use high-quality olive oil and feta for best results.
