5-Ingredient Ground Beef Casserole With Potatoes (No Fuss)

Instructions
Cook the ground beef
Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until fully cooked and no pink remains.
Mix the ingredients
In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked and drained ground beef with cream of mushroom soup, cream of cheddar cheese soup, cubed potatoes, half of the shredded cheddar cheese, salt, and pepper.
Prepare the baking dish
Grease a 23 x 33 cm (9 x 13 inch) baking dish. Pour the beef and potato mixture into the dish, spreading it evenly. Sprinkle the remaining shredded cheddar cheese on top.
Cover and bake
Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for 30 minutes.
Uncover and finish baking
Remove the foil and continue baking for an additional 30 minutes until the cheese is golden and bubbly.
