Pasta with Fantastic Feta Sauce

Instructions
Cook the pasta
Boil pasta in salted water according to package instructions until al dente. Reserve 1 cup of pasta water before draining.
Prepare the sauce base
While pasta is cooking, add cream cheese, feta cheese, minced garlic, and olive oil to a food processor.
Blend the sauce
Blend all ingredients until smooth and creamy. Add a splash of reserved pasta water if needed to reach desired consistency.
Combine pasta and sauce
Add drained pasta to the food processor with the sauce. Pulse a few times to coat pasta evenly, or transfer to a bowl and toss together.
Serve
Serve immediately with additional grated cheese or fresh herbs if desired.
Storage
Best eaten fresh. Sauce may separate when reheated - stir in a little milk or pasta water.
