Buldak Ramen with Beef Shortrib

Instructions
Prepare ingredients
Peel and mince garlic, chop onion and chili peppers finely. Slice green onions for garnish.
Cook beef shortrib
Heat oil in pan over medium-high heat. Season beef shortrib with salt and pepper, sear until browned on all sides.
Make buldak sauce base
In the same pan, add minced garlic, onion, and chili peppers. Sauté until fragrant. Stir in miso paste, sriracha, and soy sauce. Add water to create sauce consistency.
Cook ramen noodles
Boil ramen noodles in a separate pot according to package instructions until al dente. Drain.
Combine and serve
Slice cooked beef shortrib. Toss drained noodles with the spicy sauce and beef. Garnish with green onions.
Serve hot
Divide into bowls and serve immediately.
