Prepare berries

Hull and roughly chop strawberries for smooth puree.

Puree strawberries with lemon juice and honey until smooth.

Taste puree and adjust honey if needed

Bloom gelatin

Sprinkle gelatin over 3 tablespoons cold water and let bloom 5 minutes.

Heat mixture

Warm berry puree in saucepan, add bloomed gelatin and stir until fully dissolved.

Pour into molds

Pour hot mixture into silicone gummy molds or ice cube trays.

Pop gummies out of molds and enjoy immediately or store for later.
