Instructions
Prepare ice cubes
Take ice cubes and place them in a sturdy plastic bag or directly into the blender jar. Ensure ice is fresh and clean.
Crush the ice
Use a blender or ice crusher to crush the ice into fine shaved ice consistency. Pulse in short bursts to avoid over-processing.
Prepare flavored syrup
Mix sugar syrup with lemon juice and rose syrup (or your favorite flavor) in a bowl until well combined.
Assemble Chuski
Spoon the crushed ice into conical molds or paper cones. Drizzle generously with the prepared flavored syrup. Press down lightly to pack.
Freeze and serve
Freeze the assembled chuski for 10 minutes if needed for firmness. Serve immediately with extra syrup on top.
