One Pan Marry Me Prawn Pasta
Creamy one-pan prawn pasta with cherry tomatoes, sundried tomatoes and a touch of spice – rich, comforting and ready in 30 minutes.

Instructions
Season the prawns
Place the prawns in a bowl and season with garlic powder, paprika, salt, pepper, and cornflour.
Sear the prawns
Heat butter and olive oil in a large pan, add the seasoned prawns and sear until pink and slightly golden.
Sauté aromatics
In the same pan, add minced garlic, cherry tomatoes and sundried tomatoes. Sauté until fragrant and tomatoes start to soften.
Build the sauce
Pour in vegetable stock, single cream, paprika, chilli flakes and thyme. Stir and bring to a gentle simmer.
Cook the pasta
Add the pasta directly into the simmering sauce. Stir occasionally and cook until al dente, about 10-12 minutes.
Finish and serve
Return the prawns to the pan, stir through grated hard cheese and chopped parsley. Serve immediately.
