Instructions
Prepare Dry Ingredients
Whisk together all dry ingredients in a mixing bowl until evenly combined.
Make Batter
Add milk, oil, and vanilla to the dry mixture and whisk until smooth and completely lump-free.
Cook Wafer Circles
Heat a non-stick pan on low-medium heat. Pour small amounts of batter and spread very thinly into circles. Cook until surface is dry and edges lift slightly.
Roll Hot Wafers
While wafers are still hot, quickly roll around a chopstick or skewer. Hold briefly until set, then remove to cool completely.
Cool and Fill
Allow rolled wafers to cool completely until crisp. Fill with desired filling like chocolate ganache, whipped cream, Nutella, or Biscoff spread.
