Prepare soya chunks

Boil water and soak soya chunks until soft.

Sauté spices

Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds until they splutter.

Cook onions and aromatics

Add chopped onions, garlic, ginger, and green chili. Sauté until golden.

Add chopped tomatoes and all dry spices. Cook until tomatoes soften.

Add soaked soya chunks and water. Simmer until gravy thickens.
