Prepare ingredients
Chop onion, mince garlic and slice chili pepper.

Make broth
Heat oil in pot, fry onion and garlic, add meat and brown. Stir in tomato paste, chili, salt and pepper. Add 800 ml water and simmer 15 minutes.
