Prepare vegetables
Place cherry tomatoes and whole garlic head on a baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.

Roast tomatoes and garlic in the oven until soft and caramelized.

Blend sauce
Remove roasted vegetables from oven. Squeeze garlic from skins and blend tomatoes, garlic, and cream until smooth.
