Hot Honey Cornflake Chicken Tenders

Hot Honey Sauce

Instructions
Prepare the marinade
Combine pickle juice, milk, salt, black pepper, paprika, onion powder, garlic powder and chili flakes in a bowl.
Marinate the chicken tenders
Add chicken tenders to the marinade and let sit for at least 15 minutes.
Prepare the cornflake coating
Crush corn flakes into coarse crumbs, place flour in one bowl and beaten eggs in another.
Bread the chicken
Remove chicken from marinade, dredge in flour, dip in egg, then coat thoroughly with crushed corn flakes.
Fry the chicken tenders
Heat oil in a pan and fry the breaded tenders until golden and cooked through.
Make the hot honey sauce
Warm honey with hot sauce and chili flakes in a small pan or bowl until combined.
Coat and serve
Drizzle or toss the hot fried tenders in the hot honey sauce and serve immediately.
