Prepare chicken

Cut chicken tenderloins into bite-sized pieces and season with salt, pepper and garlic.

Cook chicken

Heat sesame oil in a pan and fry chicken pieces until golden and cooked through.

Make sticky garlic sauce

In a bowl, combine soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, oyster sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, ginger paste, water and cornstarch. Mix well until smooth.

Combine sauce and chicken

Pour the sauce over the cooked chicken in the pan. Stir continuously until the sauce thickens and coats the chicken.

Cook stir fry noodles according to package instructions until al dente. Drain well.
