Instructions
Prepare the aioli
Mix mayonnaise, minced garlic, lime juice and salt in a bowl until smooth.
Cook the beef filling
Heat oil in a pan, sauté onion and garlic, then add ground beef and spices. Cook until browned and crispy.
Warm the tortillas
Heat tortillas in a dry pan or microwave until soft and pliable.
Assemble the tacos
Fill each tortilla with crispy beef, diced tomato, shredded lettuce and cheese. Drizzle with garlic lime aioli.
