Hot Honey Garlic Chicken Tenders

Instructions
Preheat oven
Preheat oven to 200°C.
Season chicken tenders
Season chicken tenders with smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and black pepper.
Prepare egg wash
In a bowl, whisk eggs with sriracha until combined.
Coat chicken tenders
Dip each seasoned tender into the egg wash, then coat generously with crushed cornflakes.
Bake the tenders
Place coated tenders on a baking tray and bake at 200°C for 20–25 minutes until golden and cooked through.
Make the hot honey garlic sauce
Melt butter in a pan, sauté minced garlic, then add soy sauce, smoked paprika, honey, sriracha and water. Simmer until slightly thickened.
Toss tenders in sauce
Remove baked tenders from the oven and toss them in the hot honey garlic sauce until fully coated.
Prepare cheesy dip
Melt gouda cheese with soy cream in a small pan or microwave, season with salt and dried parsley. Stir until creamy and smooth.
