Cook the pasta

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Sear the steak

Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium-high heat. Add sliced steak and season with salt and pepper. Cook until browned on all sides, about 4-5 minutes. Remove steak from pan and set aside.

Prepare the garlic butter sauce

In the same pan, reduce heat to medium. Add butter and minced garlic. Sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.

Make the creamy sauce

Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Stir in the grated parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.

Combine and finish

Add the cooked pasta and seared steak back to the pan. Toss everything together until well coated in the creamy garlic parmesan sauce. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately.

Reheat: Microwave 1-2 minutes or reheat in pan with splash of cream

Best served fresh. Sauce may thicken in fridge; add a little milk or cream when reheating.
